Run status and troubleshooting

Check queueing, dependencies, and results without treating unfinished work as missing data.

Read run status

Open related tasks and events in Run activity.

Common questions

Initialization never finishes
Verify the URL is accessible and inspect the earliest failed task. Later analysis may depend on crawling and company context; retrying later jobs cannot supply missing prerequisites. If recovery or rerun is offered, address the error first. Avoid duplicate submissions while a task is running.
Reports or Feed are empty
Check the selected project and related job status. Creating a project does not generate every draft; run X Agent or Article Agent as needed. For empty Traffic results, check the GA account, property, and sync job. For incomplete AI Mention results, inspect each model's job; pending results are not non-mentions.
Why didn’t Mark sent publish to X?
Mark sent only records the draft's handling state. Choose Open composer in preview and publish in X.

Report an issue

Include the project identifier, time, task type, run state, and error. For content issues, include the relevant question or draft excerpt. Do not provide authorization tokens or complete credentials.
